in the morning the kitten & puppies are very co-operative (friendly & accomodating). the kitten tries to climb up the iron washing tree (my meditational, mock-mineral kingdom tree of life)...
cleaning up dog shit most of the day - i'm sooo turned off spaghetti...

i'd forgotten today is prince day. sandra visits shortly before anyone has arrived home (she named the kitten - whom i think of as marylin monroe/norma jean for her whispy meow, my mother keeps teasing - "misty" because of her silver-grey coat). she doesn't manage to return later (i try to apologize for my faux-pas saturday. she's very forgiving).
