godfrey makes chicken & egg gatsby (layered sandwich on roll) for lunch.

in the evening there's a black out & we're stranded in the library. lorraine, maureen & i have to wait for a church group who've booked the library hall for a meeting. we sit & chat in the foyer, in the dark with a constant stream of car headlights strobe lighting our conversation.
