carol fetches me from the library to help her builders knock down a wall (?!). i go to lend a hand & end up varnishing wood frames ...
later we drive to town to pick up her son, stephan after his invigilator duties at the british council.

at her sister doreen's place on our way, her nephew, ky entertains us with re-runs of 'britain's got talent' (i've never seen the show before)... his sister mi has an artistic craft assignment to complete.

we got home in the strand late (i missed helping my mother with dress-making).
